Article 1 - Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply: • Contractor: Woozle, the sole proprietorship that provides website services. • Client: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the Contractor. • Agreement: the arrangements between Contractor and Client regarding the services to be provided. • Website: the web product to be developed or maintained by the Contractor.

Article 2 - Services

The Contractor offers the following services: • Design and development of websites (up to 5 pages) • Hosting and domain registration • Maintenance and technical support • Content updates and modifications The exact scope of services is specified in the quotation or agreement.

Article 3 - Pricing

All prices mentioned include VAT, unless otherwise stated. • One-time costs: €299 for website development (promotional price) • Monthly costs: €12.50 for hosting, maintenance and support Prices may be adjusted annually. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment of one-time costs is made after delivery and approval of the website. The payment term is 14 days after the invoice date. Monthly costs are invoiced in advance per month or per year, depending on the chosen payment method. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to take the website offline after a reminder period of 14 days.

Article 5 - Delivery

The average delivery time for a website is 1-2 weeks after receipt of all necessary content and materials from the Client. After delivery, the Client has 7 days to provide feedback. After this period, the website is considered accepted. Small adjustments (text, images) are included. Major changes in design or structure may incur additional costs.

Article 6 - Ownership and rights

After full payment of all invoices, ownership of the website transfers to the Client. The Contractor retains the right to use the website for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed. Software, templates and licenses used remain the property of the respective rights holders.

Article 7 - Liability

The Contractor is not liable for: • Damage due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client • Indirect damage, including lost profits or revenue • Damage due to disruptions at third parties (hosting, internet) Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Article 8 - Cancellation

The monthly service can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of 1 month. Upon cancellation, the website will be transferred to the Client, including all files and access credentials. Amounts already paid will not be refunded.

Article 9 - Disputes

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Contractor is established.

Article 10 - Changes

The Contractor reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use our services after a change, you accept the amended terms.

Article 11 – Legitimate Use and Illegal Content

11.1 Client guarantees that all content, activities and purposes offered through the website and hosting services provided by the Contractor comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 11.2 It is strictly prohibited to distribute or store content through the Contractor's hosting services that is unlawful, violates public order or decency, or is otherwise illegal, including but not limited to: – criminal content; – copyrighted material without permission; – misleading, fraudulent or harmful content; – malware, phishing, spam or other malicious software. 11.3 The Contractor reserves the right to, without prior notice, remove content, take the website (temporarily) offline, or terminate the agreement immediately if there is suspicion of illegal or unlawful use. 11.4 The Contractor is not liable for any damage resulting from the removal of illegal or unlawful content or the termination of services under this article. 11.5 The Contractor only accepts clients who demonstrably offer legitimate and lawful services or products.
